That’s right. If you have a critical issue, meaning someone can’t work, contact us and we’ll be there within 4 business hours. If we’re not, we won’t charge you for the first hour we’re there. In other words, “It’s FREE.” In the first two years of this program being in place, we’ve paid it out twice. If you have a critical issue, we’re typically there very quickly.

- Applicable taxes and materials will be
  added to the Service Order – Invoice.
- Services billed in 15-minute increments.
  1-hour minimal charge when onsite.
- Payment expected at time of service.
- Cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.
- Nights & Weekend: Time and a half.
- Holidays: Double time.

*Guarantee available to business customers with a critical problem in the Cincinnati area during normal business hours.
